General Terms for Private Customers

1. Sales price, invoice

Our prices are given in Swiss Francs, including the statutory 8.1% VAT tax. Transportation and shipping costs are not included in the prices listed. We will bill you.

2. Valid conditions and prices
The prices published at the time of the order are applicable. Changes to the line, prices or conditions, the availability of the Gabriel-Glas StandArt and Gold Edition, the Alpha wine decanter, the crimped glasses and crimped bottles, the Clara cloths and other accessories, and to correct obvious errors and typing errors. Claims for damages as a result of obvious errors and typing errors are excluded.

3. Payment terms
Invoices are payable net within 30 days from date of invoice. Default interest and reminder fees may be charged. Invoices are not sent abroad.

4. Retention of title and right of withdrawal
The goods remain the property of Gabriel-Glas (Schweiz) GmbH until full payment is received. If there is a delay in payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchasing contract. We reserve the right to register the retention of title with the competent authorities.

5. Delivery
We have an arrangement with our logistics partner: (the federal post office) for a speedy, uncomplicated and very convenient delivery of the items ordered right to your door (throughout Switzerland and in the principality of Lichtenstein regardless of the distance).

Excluding Clara cloths:

Shipping Economy:
Delivery within 2 – 3 working days provided the order arrives by 3 pm.
Shipping Priority:
Delivery within 1 – 2 working days, provided the order arrives by 3 pm.
Shipping Swiss-Express Moon:
Delivery on the following working day incl. Saturday by 9 am, provided the order arrives by 4 pm. We waive a small-quantity surcharge of less than CHF 50.- because we work with a flat shipping rate. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 500.

5.1 Delivery while stocks last
Despite careful stocking, it may happen that individual items are not available for immediate delivery. This can lead to delivery bottlenecks and take up to serveral weeks until we can fulfill your order.

6. Safety
6.1. Personal information
We are committed to treating your data confidentially in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and will not pass it on to third parties without your consent.

6.2. Internet safety
Cookies Your browser may ask if you will accept cookies. If you agree, the cookie will temporarily store an identification number during your visit to the Gabriel-Glas Web Shop. This identification number is only used to facilitate communication during the ordering process. As soon as you leave the site this number becomes invalid. No data is collected or stored by your computer.

7. Quality Guarantee
The Gabriel-Glas StandArt, the Gabriel-Glas Gold Edition, the Alpha wine decanter, the DrinkArt and Aqua Series are manufactured with the latest glass technology and are lead-free. This prevents blue discoloration, milk cloudiness and scratches – so it is dishwasher safe. Please avoid tabs and liquid detergents containing chlorine and wash with powder. Both are aggressive and attack the surface of all glasses.

8. Liability
We bear no liability in connection with our offer (especially incorrect images, texts or prices) or delivery, as provided for by law.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1.
If you discover a defect in the glasses or carafes despite shatterproof packaging, this must be reported within 5 days and have a damage report drawn up at the post office. You will receive a postage-paid replacement.

9.2 Minimum order quantities
There is no obligatory minimum quantity (except for specified packaging units).

9.3 Copyright
The Gabriel-Glas StandArt, Gabriel-Glas Gold Edition, the Alpha wine decanter, the DrinkArt and Aqua Series, the homepage layout, the graphics and images used, the collection of contributions as well as individual contributions are copyright protected. 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
